Yes, idem telematics provides a comprehensive solution, especially for the evaluation of data from HGV´s and trailers. The combination of HGV and trailer is hereby particularly interesting, as you always have a good overview of the entire tandem unit.
Of course, our hardware and software products are developed and certified according to automotive standards. All our devices are provided with the E-Mark and are thereby expressly approved for the equipment in vehicles. Our quality processes are also ISO 9001-2015 certified.
It is important to us that patients can always rely on correct storage and transport of their medication. This is why the quality of our telematic systems, especially for service providers in pharmaceutical logistics, fulfils the high requirements of Good Distribution Practice (GDP). This guideline also obliges shippers and forwarders to verifiably monitor and document the pharmaceutical cold chain with complete traceability. This verification is possible by utilising our telematic solutions for HGV´s and trailers whereby monitoring temperatures throughout the entire transport process can be verified. We can verify successful certification from the European Institute for Pharma Logistics GmbH (EIPL) with a relevant certificate.
The temperature data from up to six sensors is stored as a back up at two locations as well as provided with a time stamp: In the telematic on-board computer and in the temperature sensors. The temperatures are thereby monitored securely and verifiable, manipulation of data can be ruled out.
Yes, any number of dispatcher workstations can be connected via the cargofleet web portal. In this way, several members of staff can simultaneously obtain an up-to-date overview regarding vehicles, order statuses and vehicle data. Subcontractors can also be incorporated.
Because the idem telematics system is connected to existing ERP, forwarding and route planning systems via a standardised interface, it can easily be connected to common systems. For example, order confirmations can be acquired automatically and corresponding invoices can be created promptly.
Yes, subordinate vehicles can be easily integrated via our vehicle App. The subcontractor can also view their own vehicles via release in the portal.
Installation work is executed by our certified workshops. We will be pleased to nominate a nationwide operating installation partner for you or you can have your own workshop install it. We will also be pleased to provide installation training for this purpose.
The displays can also show other language menus. Please ask our sales team about the available languages. The central system is also available in English. Other languages on request.

Yes, because whether HGV, trailer, lorry, distribution traffic or interchangeable bodywork, it is all irrelevant for us: we can equip any vehicle model or type with the appropriate hardware. Even for units without their own power supply, we have our own solution based on solar energy.
We can develop tailor-made modules for individual requirements which can then be seamlessly integrated into your existing systems.
