Customer Account Manager, Technology

We are a young, dynamic team with short reporting and decision-making processes. To strengthen our support team in München, we are currently looking for a Customer Account Manager in our Technology Department.

We are looking for a very adaptive and versatile member of staff, who will manage of our national and international customers.

Your tasks

  • You will be the contact person for our national and international installation partners and end customers for solving technical problem issues.
  • Processing and settlement of guarantee cases
  • Documentation and processing procedures in a ticket system
  • Collaboration with product management to improve products
  • Supporting our customers and partners by telephone and email
  • Close collaboration with our sales department as well as supporting them technically
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction

Your profile

  • High service orientation and customer orientation
  • 2 - 3 years professional experience with customer contact
  • Internet knowledge (web applications are utilised)
  • Able to work independently
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Good working knowledge in the (electro)technical field
  • Very good team and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (spoken and written) are required - additional languages are advantageous
  • Experience in handling complaint processing will be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of mobile radio technology, GPS systems, telematic will be advantageous
  • Understanding of logistics and transport is an advantage
